Immigration Lawyer in Mexico: Online Consultation from Anywhere in the World

If you are looking for an immigration lawyer in Mexico, you do not need to be in Mérida, or even in the country. My consultation is 100% online and I help people in any Mexican state and abroad who want to live, work or regularize their status under Mexican immigration law (the INM and Mexican consulates). I am an immigration lawyer based in Mérida, Yucatán, and I work in Spanish, English and French.

1. Procedures I can explain

2. How the consultation works

  1. You book online and choose your language.
  2. We hold a one-hour video call. I review your case, your documents and the applicable law.
  3. I explain, step by step, the process you must follow before the consulate or the INM, the requirements, the risks and the timing.
  4. You decide whether to do it yourself or to hire full accompaniment.

The consultation costs $1,999 MXN (in French, with an interpreter, $2,599 MXN). If you hire full accompaniment of your case, the consultation fee is deducted from that service. You can reschedule at no cost up to 24 hours before.

3. Why an online consultation works

Most of an immigration procedure is handled with documents, appointments and official portals. That is why I can explain the process and follow your case from wherever you are. If you want to check whether you need a lawyer or a facilitator, read this honest guide.

4. Are you in Mérida or Yucatán?

If you live in Mérida, see my immigration lawyer in Mérida page and the guide to registering a car in Yucatán.
